Check for your internet connection/network connection to the application where the link redirects you. Probably being on a different domain or without proper connectivity the authentication is not taking place hence it prompts for access denied or no application connectivity

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Opening from a Desktop app is usually the problem... try opening directly from the browser to read the messages... as far as the desktop , there are tons of settings and updates that must be done.. it could take a lot of time and trial an error.. just make sure your using the most updated version of the software otherwise your stuck using the browser only.

How to stop 'No Sitemap Found' error in Lotus Notes?

In case you get the error message, while trying to open your mail file using the icon on the workspace, you can dismiss the error message and close all the opened tabs of the mail file. Go to the workspace and use the icon to again open the mail file.
Notes: The 'No sitemap found' error message usually occurs when you open the mail file from the workspace, while mailbox and calendar tabs of a previous session are still open.
There are various other ways to fix such error messages and issues occurring in Lotus Notes. In case you are still not able to see mail items in the mailbox folders, you can use various techniques to recover inaccessible or lost mail items from Lotus Notes.
Since, Lotus Notes is a professional software, used mostly in organizations for an efficient communication; it is advised to use a professional tool to overcome any issue including data loss situations.
Recovery Toolbox for Lotus Notes is a highly efficient tool to recover user mailbox items like emails, contacts, notes, journals, etc. from corrupt or inaccessible Lotus Notes database files. With the ability to display preview of all the recoverable items, the tool ensures an efficient recovery process. The recovered files can be then saved in any desired location. In addition, the tool is widely compatible across various versions of Windows operating system including Windows 8, 7, Vista, Server 2003, XP, 2000, and NT (SP6).

Try this fix from Microsoft.  Some users have found it works.

http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=14431

Use the file vcredist_x86.exe if you've got a standard Windows setup (i.e. 32 bit, not 64 bit).  As always check the system requirements.

I found a solution posted on another site [answers.yahoo.com]which has saved me. It was posted by magnumgirl who said:

"Yahoo has been having problems lately since they have been upgrading and doing maintenance on their sites. In the meantime, you can use one of these links to access your mail, it's basic, no frills, but it works. http://us.m.yahoo.com/p/mail or: http://uk.m.yahoo.com/p/mail or; http://de.m.yahoo.com/p/mail"

Application not found message

Either system error or malware/virus/trojan.

Try to do a system restore.

Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore

Choose a restore date prior to the problem.
