We cant see anything dont know if we r looking in the right place or not nothing is showing upside down i thought it was supposed to . we bought this at toys r us as they were moving,so we cant take it...

We receive more complaints on that brand than just about any other. There are two types of scopes.

A refractor with a lens in front and a focuser on the back--- and a reflector that uses mirrors.

For a refractor-- insert the diagonal onto the rear of the scope and then put the eyepiece into the diagonal-- DO NOT USE the 2x barlow. Take it out in the day time and practice focusing on a distant object.

If it is a reflector-- just put the same eyepiece into the focuser -- do not use the 2x barlow if you have one. Again take it outside during the day time and practice.

Cant get spring back on head light

Is this the spring that holds the reflector in to the chrome surround? if there are more than one they must be spaced equally around the surround otherwise it will push the reflector too far in one direction. Take them all off & refit VERY evenly spaced fitting diagonally opposite ones first.

I bought aTasco Space Staion telescope (Model 49114500(Reflector) second hand, came with 4 different len's, but still can not see ANYTHING! There's a bright full moon out, but can not see anything. No light...

Put the eyepiece with the largest number written on it into the focuser. DO NOT use the 2x barlow if you have one. Go outside and try again.. The end with the focuser is the UP end of the tube. The mirror inside is the BOTTOM of the tube nearest the ground.

Completed setup, can't see anything through eyepiece.

I answered your question already-- TURN THE SCOPE around you have it mounted backwards! The eyepiece end is pointed UP. Like the picture above in your question.

I HAVE TRYED ADJUSTING MY SCOPE SEVERAL DIFFERANT WAYS AND ALL I GET IS A BIGHT LITE WITH A 20MM LENS LOOKING AT THE MOON ... i JUST GOT THIS SCOPE... WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM?

you need to move the lens 1/2 way out of the holder in the scope. just don't move the lens out past the locking pins ...now try to re-focus

I have a deep space 420x with no instructions. Is there a web page i can go to find them?

You will not find a manual for that telescope. However Meade maintains a web site for their telescope manuals. Look under REFRACTOR or REFLECTOR for one similar to your telescope. They all go together in a similar fashion.

Can't see anything through the lens?

Put the diagonal into the telescope-- then put the eyepiece that has the LARGEST number written on it. This is the lowest magnification. DO NOT USE THE BARLOW 2x multiplier !!

Take the scope outside during the day time and practice focusing on a distant object. The moon should be the first night time target you try to see.

Everything is upside down thru the lens

Reflector telescopes are design for looking at stars, and in space there is no right side up. Try taking it out at night and look at the moon. Your telescope is performing just as it should, there are no problems with upside down views when looking at objects on the ground.
