1. go to settings
2. open wifi option
3. turn on wifi
4. select the wifi network you want to connect.
5.it will ask for the password, insert the password and enjoy.

Passwords are set for wifi to counter unauthorized access/use. I don't think there is any way you can find out wifi access passwords, unless you ask the owner of the wifi device yourself.

I'm not sure whether you tried connecting to internet in WIFI enabled Zone. Search for WIFI in WIFI Menu, same like we do for Bluetooth. Some WIFI will ask for Password, If you know the password give it and enjoy. Mine is working fine,
