The card you have in it may be too large. Many cameras have a limit as to size. Check manual

I got cannon power shot sx130 is it reads memory card error the memory card is not locked but the eject button is not working how to fix this problem. thanks

Try to switch off the Camera and restart it gain. Again, Sometimes, its due to some auto-run software running in the card which prevents that from ejection. You can try to even format the card in the camera itself. That may work also.

As a last resort, check up your camera and get that memory card removed out of your Camera.

Respected Sir, I have bought SanDisk MicroSD memory before 2 months it has worked for 45 days and now it is not working it is showing in my motorola L7i mobile when i do format it is coming error...

Hi

Memory drives can develop read/wite errors.

You do not say if you have tried to format it in a PC. If you have no PC or your PC has no card deader, then try a friend's PC or an internet cafe that has a workstation with a card reader

Try wiping the metal elements gently with a slightly damp cloth.

If you or any friend of your has a computer running linux you can sometimes use Linux diagnostic and recovery tools to recover data from corrupted flash drives.

I hope this helps.

Unable to format the cruser pendrive

Far too often these little things have an almost invisible read/write protect button on them. Look carefully, over the entire surface of the USB Flash Drive. You might have this switch turned to Write Protect, which means there is nothing you can do, until you turn it the other way, and allow the device to be written to.

    Cheers!

Try formatting the card in the camera using the setting in the camera's menu.
Some makes of xd or sd cards do not work correctly in fuji camera's. Sometimes even formatting them in the camera does not have any effect.

Can't read or format mini-sd card

lots of times when this happens the table of contents of the drive gets messed up. try using windows management options to fix the problem.

go to your desktop, right click on my computer, and click the manage button.

Click the storage option on the left, then right click the removable drive your card is in. this usually for me gives a more comprehensive format and will sometimes fix problems that other formats will not.

    My SanDisk will not unlock

unfortunutly this happens sometimes with all Flash bases memory cards.

if the computer won't read the card anymore, try formatting the memory card. Unfortunutly you will loose your pictures that were on the card, but that should get the card back working so you can continue using it.
