Question about Toshiba DKT-2010 Corded Phone
I am not sure how to do it, but I want to turn my ringer off. We have a secretary and I do not want the phone to ring in my office.
I would suggest a DND (do not disturb) button on your phone

Very easy....call to phone provider to disable the ringging assignment only use call transfer by intercom

I found this old question. Do you still need help?
The phone system itself would need programming changes. You can have one of several different Toshiba phone systems that all program differently. Some need special programming software. Your first step is to figure out which Toshiba system you have. They all say what they are on the front cover, example: "Toshiba Strata DK 280"
If you want to try and learn how to make simple changes like this yourself, you can look for a programming manual for your specific Toshiba phone system. Or you can find a local phone system installation company that can make the changes for you.
