Problem for Acer Aspire One PC Notebook

Unable to send emails, but can receive emails

we have an acer aspire notebook. we can receive mail.but we get error message that says login failed due to network instability Same problem here using Aspire One Mail, though very occasionally (say 1 in 10 tries), outgoing message does get sent out OK.
