It,s conical. It can be easely remowed for cleaning. Just take it easy so you know how to put the pieces back again. Its a very good priceworthy grinder. I still use mine after 15 years. But as it comes from the factory it will not grind fine enough for espresso. There are various methods and instructions on the internet how to tweak them to grind finer if you want that. Internally the mechanism looks very similar to the Solis and Dualit grinder. Since my grinder i quite old i dont know if my tweaks will work on more modern machines. But the basic construktion i still the same.

Contact them direct. No one sells them online.

Or most cities have a drive belt supplier. Take in the old one and say 'can I get one of these'. There are 8 places near me!

Do you mean the Bodum Bistro electric coffee grinder 10903? The instructions for use are available on the product page: http://www.bodum.com/us/en-us/shop/detail/10903-01US/ . How to fix a bodum bistro electric coffee grinder that doesn't grind well

This can be caused by several things;
If it used to be good but is now faulty it is most likely that it just needs cleaning. If you are using beans that are 'oily' they can clog the grinder, you should anyway disassemble it and clean every year. Do not use soap and water, just brush it with a stiff brush (e.g. the stiffest type of toothbrush) and a vacuum cleaner.
There is also a possibility that something has got into the grinder along with the coffee beans that has damaged the grinding wheels; in that case you need to replace the wheels.

there are items that has arrows on it, try to look for the arrow and follow the direction.

Can't reassemble shin bistro after purchasing replacement beaker. the screw that holds the metal "strap" around the beaker wont screw in properly.

You must have misplaced the small metal square piece with a hole in it that the screw should mate with.
