PRINTER ERROR. TURN THE POWER OFF AND ON AGAIN. FOR DETAILS SEE DOCUMENTATION. ERROR CODE: OX9A. doing so does not clear the error what should i do?

You actually need to change the ink absorber.
Heres a video on how its done on the R800.
Please refer to your manual for proper localization of the ink absorber.
Doing this will get you to move on

Cancel printing, turn off the machine. Then clear the jammed paper or protective material that is preventing the FINE cartridge holder from moving, and turn the machine on again. If not remedied, turn off machine, unplug the power cord of the machine from power supply. Plug machine back in and turn power back on. If problem is not resolved, please contact service center.
