Question about Acer Aspire 7720 Notebook
Hi. I have an Acer Aspire 7720 laptop pc running Windows Vista. All of a sudden, the unit turns completely off by itself while in use. We have checked power settings and have set them to never hibernate or sleep, etc.. yet the unit will completely shut down after a certain amount of time. Sometimes after 10 minutes, sometimes after 2 hours but eventually, it just shuts down. Can anyone please help with this problem? Thank you.
All the laptops on the world have warm problem. if you use your notebook dirty place your fan could get dirty and not working well and not makes cool anymore. in warm system can shut down itself. it is often does. if you open your laptop back case you will see the fan. there are olny 4 screw. clean the fan and screw again. try it.
sorry for my enghlish.
