Based on the symptoms you are describing, you may either have a communication error from the main control board or the timer itself may not be operating correctly. Since you noticed a humming noise, it could either be a clogged drainage hose or pump that needs to be cleaned, or it could possibly have another issue with the door lock assembly. Turn the power off and leave for 5-10 minutes then turn on. This should release the door lock the problem could be the pump drain filter is blocked clean this and it should resolve future problems.
