Im practicing 3D maya in my hp pavillion, but i having problem in the timeline inside maya, normally when u press the shift key and middle mouse, the red line will appear and the black arrow, in my case the red line is there but the black arrow is not there, are there a patch or whtever to solve this problem? thnks!

Okay the first thing even though your question is very general and we really don't know the specific probably having if you're installing an auto 64-bit you need these operating systems listed below make sure you have one of those operating systems it must be 64-bit you need to check if your operating system is 64-bit before you can stop go to the Run command on your operating system and type winver then enter an then enter and see if and seethe computer is if the computer64bit if it is not 64-bit you need a 64-bit computer first and foremost if you're having other problems you need to give us more details before we can help
If you're having a license key issue you may not actually own software or maybe counterfeit you need to contact Autodesk in that case good luck
