Question about Cobra 4000 GPS Receiver
Plug the unit it and leave it plugged in for a while, make sure to keep it off.
Let the power stay on the unit for a while, like 20 mins or so and then try it again.
I think that the unit has an internal battery like your alarm clock and when the power goes out the battery takes over. I beleive in your case the battery may be dead.
The same thing happened to mine.
