You probably have a slow internet connection. It is recommended that you have a minimum 25/25 Mbps connection from your provider. If you do then the streaming stick might be too far from your wireless router. Try to move the router closer to the Streaming Stick if possible. The best way to watch streaming video is with a wired Ethernet connection with a Roku 3 or other wired device.
