SOURCE: Oven won't heat
On maytag units (household)you will need an Amp probe to see if your ignitor is working properly..yes it maybe glowing but it does not mean it is ok..the valve opens on the amp draw of the glow bar it should read a min of 3.2 to a max of 5.2 amps at full glow if you read in that range your valve is bad if not replace your ignit.

you have a bad oven sensor /faulty connection or bad control board.look for probe coming thru inside rear wall.should read 11k ohms cold.go bad a lot part number Hope this helps ,please rate my response :)

Having replaced the ignitor and the gas valve having continuity the problem has be the gas safety valve bimetal is stuck. The only thing you check is amprage draw on ignitor it should be between 3.2-3.6 (as label on gas valve states) with a new ignitor and again continuty on gas valve its the gas valve its stuck and wont open.
