You can set the resolution on the camera for lower resolution. You may not want to do this if you are planning to print the photos on a printer especially if you want larger prints. The best solution is to download the pictures in the cameras resolution and then reduce the resolution using a graphics program such as photoshop to a web format resolution.
There are shareware programs that can also reduce the resolutiion once loaded onto your PC.

The mode dial on my Fuji S8000 fell off! I was taking a picture and it just fell off!! Is this a common problem and if so, does Fuji repair it at no cost?

Fuji recognise this as a fault and are currently replacing the dial without cost. Send it into an approved Fuji specialist...

Not good photos indoors very grainy and bad light looking photos

Auto mode in poor lighting (generally always indoors without flash) sets high ISO, which produces ugly amount of noise (graininess). What you need is to keep the ISO under 200 by either:
Shooting well lit scenes, using flash etc.
or
Uusing one of the manual programs (M, S, A, P) and setting the sensitivity via the F-menu.

Can't take photo's

There should be 2 settings, 1 for internal memory, 1 for external (card) memory. Internal memory is always low, especially if camera is set to high quality photos so only a few can be taken. check your settings on picture quality.
