Question about Kenwood DISCONTINUED - KDC-138 In-Dash CD Receiver with Front Aux Input
Is it possible to install this receiver in a 1992 FordEscort LX, and how?
If its anything like my 92 ranger you take the dash apart around the radio and the stereo should unscrew, in my ranger the new cd player went in without any extra harness as it was the same size as the stock, if not you can but harnesses to go where your old stereo did, to connect the speakers you can buy a ford wiring harness from walmart or any store with an audio department. these plug in to your vehicles wiring harness so you don't have to cut it out, after that you simply match colours from the wires of the new cd player to the wiring harness
