I am sorry to hear what you experienced with eBay but with regard to fees, you need to contact eBay again so that they can fix it for you. You can ask for a supervisor so that they can immediately check it for you. You can get their number by using the link below:

You may be asked to sign in and then scroll to the right and look for the call us button.
I believe that it's a big amount, they will still need to send it to their accounts department or something like that so that it can be reviewed but if it's already past 10 days I guess it's way too long of a wait.
I understand where you are coming from and use the link above to get a hold of a supervisor so that they can fix this for you, if they don't do it, better speak with BBB.

My dyson 34, just purchased 3 weeks ago for a small area rug. Worked out of the box. I charged it and now it wont turn on.

I am having difficulties downloading apps on my anroid..keeps tellin me no data service. Can u please help me?


If you're unable to download applications due to having no data service, you need to relocate to somewhere where there is an obvious 3G/4G signal on your phone, and multiple filled bars.

Personally, I live out in the country and have little or no service half the time, but have never had too much of a problem with this.

You might want to go into the Verizon Wireless store nearest you and talk over your issues, your 3G signal issues might be a local tower or phone defect!

When on line the other person can hear me talk but I do not hear the other person talk


power cycle. if same issue, remove the simcard and the battery, after 2 mins, insert it again. if same issue perform soft reset *#7780*. if still the same perform hard reset: *#7370* default is 12345. back up 1st data/files before doing the hard reset. your issue will be resolved.
