The problem is that nobody sends a good photo from the inside, then it would be easy, instead of guessing. If you know you've overpoweted it and didn't gave it time to cool down a couple of days before.... Down forget that the safety options ain't accurate on these produkts.
when you used it with low ouput values, i would first measure if there is a dc or ac voltage at your outputs. And it depends if you have guarantee or niet: if you have, send it it back, if you know you've abused/overpowered a unit, just open it and take some onternal pics and send them. You know best what you've done with your unit.
