Question about Refrigerators
Water is collecting on the bottom of my refridgerator under my crisper draws. I removed the freezer floor and found alot of ice buildup accumulation. I took off the rear panel of the freezer and noticed there was ice under the tin drip pan. What can I do to rectify this problem? I have a Kenmore Coldspot refridgerator Model # 77088791
HI, Now that you have the ice out of the drain, There is an after market drain transfer heat strip kit you need to buy and add.
Please let me know if I can help you. I have the kit on my web site www.whirlpoolpartssurplus.com
