Yes, more information would be helpful. However, if the bar exists on the monitor, then its time to replace it. It would cost nearly as much to repair the screen as to buy a replacement.

Flashing start

This could be from the setup procedure in the Bios.
When you start the computer, hit DEL and see if you can open the Setup section. Look around for BOOT START whereby a command may be RUN TEST when Starting, or something like that reference. Just select Turn OFF or Stop, whatever command is showing. Go to F10 or save, and restart the computer. If that did not stop the problem, you may have to clear the BIOs completely and reset the data from scratch. Some computer BIOs allow for a reset to DEFAULT.

I am not able to download macromedia flash 5 in my computer

sometimes your computer wont let you download and install a program because of your firewall and security settings. try to download and install again and see if you see a small bar pop up just beneath the tabs telling you something was blocked. click on the bar and select install or download or whatever it may say it will be the first option. if this bar does not pop up and you still cannot download go the start menu select the control panel. select security settings and turn off the firewall and try it again it should work.

How do i copy files to the drive

Insert the flash drive into one of your computer's usb ports.
If this is the first time you are using the flash drive, windows might require to automatically start installing drivers for your flash drive after which you might be required to restart your computer.
Once you are able to see an icon for your flash drive in "my computer" your drive is ready to be used.
Locate the files you wish to copy, select them and press ctrl+c. Then go to "my computer", double click on the flash drive icon and press ctrl+v.
You will see a progress bar indicating the time remaining to complete the copy.
