before you run the game right click the icon that launches it and goto properties, goto compatibility tab, check the boxes run in compatibily with xp sp2 and check the box to run as administrator, click apply ok then run the program.

I would uninstall Itunes, then download the latest 64-bit version HERE and re-install it. There are two different versions, you probably got the 32-bit version by accident. Good luck!

Try opening the run application on the start menu > in the box, type chkdsk (fix) then click run, when it has checked your disc it will prompt you to type y or n? type y then press enter.
