The arms are serial numbered to match the machine. Each series esante is different.
If you can get me a serial number (off the back of the machine) I will tell you which series you need to order. I can get it through my work.

have you checked the power cord to make sure it's inserted correctly
into the machine?
if it is in the machine correctly, the problem could be the on -off switch
or the power cord
it would be a good idea to have the machine checked at a sewing machine

You probably have a jam. Start digging under the bobbin area.
If you get it all cleaned up under there... and it still won't move. Time for service by a pro. Could be something horrid like a bent shaft.
