Where is the battery located on this grill?

No battery. The igniters are piezo style that doesn't use batteries. If it has failed, you can get a replacement at any store that sells BBQ grilles or home improvement stores.

How to put batterys in my grill light

I had the same issue. There is a rubber O-ring that makes it waterproof and is very tight when new. You twist counter-clockwise as per instructions and then use your thumbs from underneath the cover to pop up one side of the cover (and possibly work the other side as well) until the seal is broken. Once you open it once it gets much easier.

How do you change the batteries of the bbq grill light

The battery compartment is the opposite end of the light from the on/off buttons. Turn it counter clock wise about 1/2 turn and the batteries should push the end cap out. Remove it all the way. If the unit is new and doesn't have batteries you might have to pull the end cap to get it free of the compartment. Once the cap is free tip the batteries out, replace with new batteries, replace the cap and tighten by turning it clock wise.

How do I put batteries in the brooks tone BBQ grill light

I had same problem. Note you cannot see down the Battery tube as there is a top attached to the battery cover that turns. I worked a very thin screwdriver head between that top and the light unit, and the cover then wiggled free rather easily.

Ignitor on gas BBQ no longer works. Replaced battery and cleaned out chamber (light rust). I've tried to remove the ingnition housing, but the entire front panel of the BBQ needs to be removed. Suggestions...

Check to see if the probe where it sparks to the burner inside the grill is clean and not shorted by grease or other gunk and the burner itself in this area is not too heavily rusted or corroded. If not, short of disassembling the whole grill and replacing the spark module, spend $2-3 and buy one of those pistol type grill lighters. The ignition systems on BBQ grills rarely seem to last long.
