How do I switch from strobe to constant light?

Depress the switch until light goes on but does not click on and then release just a little and depress again, light should switch to solid if it does than depress button all the way until it clicks on. If there is a high and low setting on the torch than make sure you are in high.

I need an owners manual for the SCVC651

I couldn't find the specific manual for this, but I did find some basic instructions on a personal review:
"Rival calls this a SmartPot and describes this unit as "programmable". All this really means is that you can program the slow cooker to cook either on "High" or "Low" for up to 20 hours, in 30 minute increments and then it will automatically switch to the "Keep Warm" setting and keep your meal warm for hours. You cannot program multiple steps, such as going from the "High" to the "Low" setting. The red, LCD clearly displays the remaining cook time.
Simply plug in the slow cooker, and then push the clearly marked buttons (with a pleasant, audible tone) to move from "Low" to "High" to "Keep warm" settings. Then push the Timer Button to set the desired cook time."

Hopefully, this helps answer your questions!

I have just had a new boiler fitted and wanted to run the thermostat (honeywell cm921) on auto, the electrician set the timer to come on at 1 & off at 2 disabled at 3 & 4 and on again at 5 and off...

Complicated because I need more info....but in General a Boiler should not be on a Programmable Thermostat as it takes too long to heat etc...do you have Radiators in your house???Or ductwork for heat???It will make a difference...if you put the boiler on a program it may come on anyway as some boilers maintain there own internal temperature regardless of the thermostat.....if you want to run it on a program adjust the temperatures so there is only about a 2 degree swing....70...down to 68....back to 70.....etc...there should also be a switch in the thermostat to set for Boiler...or Electric heat...make sure that switch is on...otherwise its difficult to give you a more conclusive answer

My Bosch Classixx dishwasher is using all the salt in one wash. Why and how do I resolve?

In order to rinse dishes and glasses satisfactorily, the dishwasher requires soft water, i.e. containing little or no lime, otherwise water stains will be left behind on crockery and glasses, etc. If the tap water exceeds a certain level of hardness, it must be softened, i.e. decalcified, so that it can be used in the dishwasher. his is achieved by adding a special salt to the water softener inside the dishwasher. The water softener, that is the required amount of salt, is set up according to how hard the tap water is.

Setting up the water softener

Determine the level of hardness of your tap water. Your local water company or service agent can help you with this. Identify setting from the following water hardness table.

Press and hold the B programme button, and set the main switch to ON, before releasing the programme button again.

The indicator lamp for the B button flashes, as does the figure in the numerical display. The latter represents the value that was preset in the factory.

To change the setting:

Press the B programme button.

Every time the button is pressed, the figure increases by one. After reaching 7 the display starts at 0 again.

Set the main switch OFF. The new setting is stored in the appliance’s memory.

Approx. 4 litres of water are required for regenerating the water softening system. The overall water consumption per load can therefore be increased by between 0 and a maximum of 4 litres according to the water hardness setting.

Wipers do not work in intermittent position. They do work in low and high speeds but do not automatically return to the park position. They stop wherever you turn the switch off.

i belive that your wiper switch has gone out on the intermittent side. this is a very common problem.
I hope this helps you
