Dec 19, 2015 - Here's what you can do when the Google Play Store doesn't work for you. ... If Google Play Store is giving you grief, there are few things you can try. .... I did update youtube and google play store but I can't install any app on it ...
I would reset it. some have button in a hole
or turn off hold volume down and power at the same time till menu appears or you vibration then release
or turn off hold volume up and power at the same time till menu appears or you vibration then release
You may have to do a hard reset.hold power button until tablet switches off....then hold power button together with volume up for at least ten seconds, android logo boots to robot with red triangle.leave it alone until it gives you a menu with options to reset.you will lose all you apps etc but once you sign in to google play you will be able to reinstall all purchases for free.once you have it up and running look for google play updates and chose do not install updates let me choose.this is because if you get a partial update or partial install you will crash the tablet again and again.updates come in the background and you should only update when the tablet is fully charged or connected to charger and never switch one off during installations.hope this helps please vote thankyou.
