Question about Televison & Video
Your H line or Horizontal line is caused by a loss of vertical drive. As intermittent as you have, probably bad solder joint at the vertical drive IC. If you have no experience in soldering, then my recommendation is to have it professionally repaired.

hi When you let the line to long it will burn in!! you need to look into the VERTICAL output section. Most notably check the solder joints on the vert output IC and ESR the caps. If you don't know what any of that means, then take it to a professional. good luck
