Re: sp lock

It means that the phone is Service Provider Lock,in another word the SP have locked the PHONECODE feature. Contact the SP in Germany and ask them for the UNLOCKING CODE. If you try to tamper it, it will make the phone useless because you need Siemens software for firmware to unlock it

Hi my brother has send me a Nokia n342 from New Zealand but i cant use it here in Cape Town what can i do

Hello -- You will need to UNLOCK it so it works with any SIMM card.
Phones are locked (16 digit number) to keep them with the supplier that paid for that model. Orange Uk will want me to stay Orange and then use Orange abroad at 4X rates.
Press (star) (hash) 06 (hash) this give give you the IMEU (PUK) number (16 digits) This is the phones ID and will transfer the phone number to another SIMM & Network.
There are loads of sites with the 3 steps of unlocking use ( and search "unlock nokia n342" or

My blackberry storm phone's are from australia, i have inserted my new zealand sim cards and they will still not work over here, they just keep saying invalid sim.

The problem appears that your mobile phone is locked to an Australian mobile phone provider and needs to be unlocked from that provider so you can use a NZ mobile phone provider's SIM card.
Are you looking for the security code to unlock the cell phone so you can use the phone with a different phone service provider/SIM card?
If so please contact me so I can advise what to do next.

My safelink phone have sribble number&letters when i make a call i need a new phone how do i get it.

There are two ways that you can solve this problem, so here they are.

First Option:
You can call Safelink's Customer Service Number at either 1-800-378-1684 or 800-723-3546 and explain to them what your situation is and have them send you a replacement phone by snail-mail. If you do not want to wait for a new phone to come in the mail, then scrow down to option two. If customer service tries to give you any **** about charging you for a new phone, politely tell them that you wish to cancel your service and that you will use Assurance Wireless instead as Assurance offers 200 free minutes over Safelink's 68 free minutes. More details on Assurance is at

Second Option:
If you do not want to wait for a new Safelink phone to come in the mail and you actually have some money to spare, simply go to any retailer like Big Lots, Wal-Mar or any other retailer that sells the Tracfone Pre-Paid Wireless Phones and purchase a new Tracfone Pre-Paid Phone. Next, remove the battery cover and the battery from the old phone. You will see a little white card underneith the metal sheilding. This is callled the SIMM card. Simply slide the SIMM card out from the underneith the shield to remove it from the old phone. Now, repeat the same procedure described with the new phone and remove that SIMM card as well. Once you have removed both SIMM cards, simply take the SIMM card that came out of your old phone and insert it in your new phone. Replace the battery and cover and power up your new phone. The network will recognize your SIMM card and give you the same minutes that you had with your old phone and your same phone number.

I need a puk code for samsung s-3650 can not use it without it.

If you enter your SIMM password wrong a few times (3 in general), your SIMM will be lock: contact your Mobile phone Service provider help desk who should be abel to give you the specific SIMM card 'PUK' code.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ENTER INVALID CODE as after usually 10 tries, your SIMM CARD WILL BE DESTROYED and need replacement simm at a (substantial) cost!

Samsung e-250 i need unlock code

Please follow the instructions carefully! Following are the 12-point instructions to unlock your Samsung E250 phone:
1. First do a CUSTOM RESET by tying in:
(Phone may display foreign language – don't worry! The last digits after the * will appear as - - - -; this is normal)
2. Turn off your phone
3. Take the battery and SIM out of the phone
4. Take a wrong network SIM (a SIM the phone does not currently accept) and insert it ONLY HALF way in, so when you turn on the phone it won't detect the SIM. Very important so the phone won't ask for network password and will show "Insert SIM" message.
The process of inserting only half of the SIM. I advice you to take care and do it with a soft approach as you might not have done this before.

5. 2. Now put the battery in carfully behind the protruding SIM card and switch the phone on. The phone must show "Insert SIM" message.
6. 3. Without turning off the phone, now push the SIM card all the way in, at this stage the phone must continue to display the "Insert SIM" message with the WRONG SIM inside.
7. Now make a FULL RESET by typing: *2767*3855#

9. Change the NCK password to 8 zeros by typing: *7465625*638*00000000*00000000#
8. The phone should reboot working with "wrong" SIM inside. (Do not turn off the phone)
10. Disable network lock by typing: #7465625*638*00000000#
12. Check this is done with *#7465625#
If your phone is not unlocked please retry the above ensuring all steps are followed to the letter, 9 out of 10 people who have problems have made a simple error and find that when they repeat all the steps it works.
