MY TOSHIBA SATELLITE A215-S6804 SHUT DOWN ONE DAY AND I TURNED IT BACK ON AND IS ASKING ME FOR A PHOENIX BIOS PASSWORD I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THAT IS CAN SOMEONE HELP MEPLEASE?

The BIOS password is necessary to allow the computer to load it's basic startup programs before Windows begins to load. If you don't know the password or have forgotten it, you will have to have someone clear and reset the BIOS by disassembling the computer.

Obviously both of this **** haven't open a notebook before. Even if you take out the notebooks battery (not there in your picture guru/Apprentice) will not solve your problem. did that done THAT with several TOSHIBA SYSTEMS!!! only way is to buy a bios chip!

A215 s6804 is not booting .. you can hear it

Yeah it can be a corrupted OS. Then you can easily repair-install it or re-install it. But first don't go for the OS, the first thing that should be checked that the Firmware of the phone is properly upgraded to its upgraded kind. It may be out-dated. If it ever gets out-dated, it can stop the Laptop from booting due to security reasons.
Thank you Sir, Have a nice day.

Toshiba laptop a215-s6804 built-in speakers play when headphones are plugged in. Already downloaded latest driver......did not work ......took restore disk and reset driver and it worked for a while but is...

The problem is not a software/driver issue.
It's the actual socket, inside is a small switch, when you insert the headphones, the switch should turn off the main speakers. If it is bent or broken they stay connected. A new socket is the only solution as they are too small ti fix.
