Most likely it has bad relay on the compressor.  I would replace the relay and overload first and see what you get.  If the compressor won't start after replacing the relay and overload then the compressor is locked up and that is covered by a 5 yr sealed system warranty.  Would appreciate a solved rating for expert advice.

For the clicking if the fridge has been off for at least 5 min. and clicks when it tries to start then it may be the start relay on the compressor . If it does not stay off for at least 5 min then it may be the control which may also be why your display is not working.

GSS201EPH WW Refrigerator does not run.

These symptoms indicate that the main control board is bad . The compressor relay ( one of the black boxes ) is bad . Have to replace the complete board . Without the model number , can't give you the part number . Take the model number with you when you go to get the part ( or order the part ).

Compressor relay clicks at times

It will click each time the comrpesssor starts which is normal. Clicking more means it's haveing a harder time starting the compressor which could mean the compressor is starting to wear out. I would just wait for it to go out. Could be months or years.

Clicking you describe sounds like a bad motherboard. Water dispenser issues have been result of frozen water in the tubing in the bottom of the FF area, which you should not have at the moment, so if it is not dispensing water now I'd check the water valve coil. (there are two coils on the inlet valve, one for the icemaker and one for the water dispenser.)

Side by side stopped working but clicling noises every second two.

Ok the motherboard is malfunctioning. Ive observed this exact problem before. Replace the board and all will be normal again. If you keep lettig it click and click it may finally kill that relay that you descibed to me or even worse the compressor itself.
