Try this link (if you can get IE to stay on long enough).
If you can't, I recommend that you download (or get a copy) of FireFox, install it and then go to the site for the IE patch.
Please read the information carefully as it is specific to only a certain level of Windows XP.

Download another Chrome from a trusted site or in the Google.com!
carefull downloading fron other site, usually there is a ViRUS attached to it!
