Sony VPL CS5 Multimedia Projector Problem

Hi my partner I have VPL-CS5 data projector when I connect to my LG laptop and turned on the projector, it goes well for some minutes the light emiter hall opens after some minutes it freezes down and closes the opening and lastly turns of it self.Is there any one willing to help me please?
I have the same problem.

The Temp/fan light is on and is shutting down the projector what do I do

probably the lamp could be failing
or check the fan'lamp cover switches are being 'made'
