Question about Samsung SGH-A707 Cellular Phone
When i thought my phone broke because i got pushed into a pool, i was told to put it in a bowl of rice. Take out the sim card and battery and put all components of the phone into the rice. If this doesn't work, you can take out the sim card and battery, and just put the body of the phone in the oven... heat it up to 100 and then put your phone in there, only leave it in for about 15 minute intervals. DO NOT PUT THE SIM CARD OR BATTERY IN THE OVEN THEY WILL BLOW UP!

When a phone gets wet, there is usually no fix for the problem, especially with coke. the sugar and other ingredients in a coke can corode anything faster than water. unfortunately you will probably need a new phone. stop by radioshack they have great deals on cell phones.

I hear if you remove the battery for 8 hours, it will drein the phone components respondible for the red sreen, except this is only a temp fix..everytime you turn off the phone it will do the same. my phone is doing the same thing..i'm on hour 4.but my phone never got wet, or any othe reason for this, i don't why its doing it.

You needed to open your phone and to dry it throughly or have it check to technicians maybe thier is still moisture left inside and causes your phone to malfunction.
