He360 fan and water run continuously

Check yor wiring, make sure you have sail or pressure switch wired in series with humidistat to humidifiers 24V power. Pressure or sail switch will disconnect humidifier when furnace fan is off. Humidifier (110V) could be connected to any closest electrical outlet.

Wiring a generalaire 1042 humidifier to a goodman furnace, when there are no terminals marked hum

24 VAC HUM
The yellow wire connected to the I.D. Blower pressure switch
is powered anytime the pressure switch is closed and provides
24 VAC humidifier control. Remove the yellow wire and connect
the supplied brown jumper wire to the pressure switch
terminal. Reconnect the yellow wire to the "piggyback" terminal
on the brown jumper and then connect the 24 VAC line of the
humidifier to the stripped end of the brown wire. Using a wire
nut or a field-supplied quick connect terminal can make this
connection. The wiring must conform to all local and national
codes. Connect the COM side of the humidifier to the B/C
terminal on the furnace control board (or to the COM side of
the 24 VAC transformer). DO NOT CONNECT 115V HUMIDIFIER
TO THESE TERMINALS.

Why do i have to go outside and manually hit the reset button on my heat pump to get the fan to come on?

that switch is a pressure switch that trips when the freon pressure get to high usally the problem is the coils on the unit are clogged water alone is usally not enough home depot sells a spray can of coil cleaner back were u would find the air filters depending your store follow directions CARFULLY and this sould sovle the problem.

When switch on everything working fine but after 10 minutes out door unit stops and indoor unit running contineously.ouitdoor unit not restart.if switch off and on again same

It sounds like your tripping the internal pressure switch or its over heating the compressor, both which usually can be fixed by having the system charged, just one of the common solutions. Hope it helps.

It's a little unusual to add a humidifier in Florida. The ambient humidity is usually high enough.

But anyway, if you want to do this and assuming you have central air with forced air heating, you could install the humdifier in a standard configuration, then use a sail switch or differential pressure switch in the supply air duct to turn the humidifier off or on when you are in the heating mode only. The sail or differential switch will ensure that the unit can't run unless air is moving and you can tie the humidistat in to the first heat stage.

Carrier heatpump model 25hba324a300 unit will not supply heat.outside unit constantly comes on and goes off .works well in a/c mode.

may be cycling on high pressure switch. is your filter clean? also that is a 13 SEER unit was the indoor unit replaced at the same time? if not it may not be compatible causing higher than rated pressures. if the ac is working then i would rule out it being a low pressure problem

Pressure switch

Hi AB, I am mr.grzz,
thanks for your questions, well first off there is no fixing the pressure switch, it will have to be replaced, you will need your model and serial number on the furnace, make of furnace, to order a new one from a parts supplier, fairly easy to replace.first make sure the power is off to the furnace, undo the two wire leads on it, then the two screws holding it in place, remove the one or two small hoses attached to it, if you remove it before you go to look for a part, that would be best, there is a rating on it, just follow these steps in reverse to put in place, hope that helped ya, thanks again, mr.grzz

No/intermittent power to pressure switch

I would check the relay to be certain that it's getting power. That pressure switch is only controlled by the relay controlled by the thermostat.

Furnace keeps running, no heat

The pressure switch is not allowing the igniter to heat up. Pressure switch is blocked or the flue is blocked. Take the draft fan off and inspect the flue. Also inspect the rubber hose connecting the fan and pressure switch make sure the ends are tight. Make sure the hose is clear and not restricted. And the pressure switch sometimes is position sensitive. I don't think it has been moved or anything. And very rarely do they go bad.
