Question about Dell OptiPlex GX240 PC Desktop
When I first power up the message comes on the screen and says I have code (Vclr) then it says there is a read/write error. If I reboot I just get one beep followed by two beeps .That will do it twice then nothing but power light and nothing on monitor.
Your memory modules are faulty (or dirty). Try them one by one and clean the both the modules and slots with alcohol (or Contact Cleaner).
