Zenith model number Pdp50t10000 power supply eax61397101/10 p/n eay60968701 I have no picture I have 4.8 volts going to Y sustain and 5.1 going to control board think its called that my Vs is reading 66 and my Va is reading 100 where should I start my troubleshooting? I will have my details during the discussion
You should start for the Vs & Va voltages itself. The details to these voltages will be marked on the panel label itself. These two voltages should be more specific than other voltages, especially to Plasma displays. More variations; say; + or - 1%, can effect the display drastically. To get more details about this, you have to download the repair manual to this set, and refer its schematic diagram. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ Pull up older posts.

SOURCE: p50hdtv10a y-sustain and pcb
I had this problem with a different brand plasma and it turned out to be cracked or missing solder on the power board lead to y sustain. I removed the power board, desoldered the connection, clean it up and then resoldered the connection. Everything works great now.

SOURCE: I have 02 plasma
The fault lies in the energy sustain boards, also called sustain boards. X-sus and Y-sus/Z-sus are the to sustain boards. If your meter has capacitance measurement capability, test the caps to see if any of them are fried. Should read OL or infinite if its bad. Try it and let me know.
