I own this same "green" Rival Slow Cooker SCE500 model, and while it is certainly an attractive piece, the stoneware liner has cracked across the bottom and now leaks! I have only used this crock-pot only a few times since purchasing it a couple of years ago, so it is essentially brand new! Is there a replacement stoneware liner available?!? I have searched on-line to no avail.

I have the same model, and the same problem. The stoneware liner cracked across the bottom after only several uses.

My friend had the same problem and she called this number 1-888-777-0773 to report it and request a replacement and they were able to help. She did ask however why this has not been recalled and he said it is because she was the first one to report this problem.

I saw crocks like that sold at Wal-Mart within the last year. I have a black and stainless SCE500 and the handle broke on my lid. I called rival customer service, and they are no longer manufacturing that model, so, there may be models similar to that at various stores like Walmart. I purchased mine at Target about 2 1/2 years ago.
If the stoneware is cracked across the bottom of course it must be tossed. Calling Rival directly may help, they may offer a product at a discount
Good luck

I have the same crock pot with the same problem. I love the size and shape of this crock pot, but cannot find a replacement crock. Seems as though everyone has had this problem. Too bad. It was a perfect fit for our family size. I wonder why this one has not been recalled?
