Problem with Sharp VCRs

sharp tv, model 20rs100s, how to connect the vcr

i just got a 2nd hand sharp tv, model 20rs100s. I do not see how to connect the vcr. I connected the dvd to the front ok but i cannot get the vcr connected. I have tried both inputs on the back but only get audio??? Also the TV only goes up to channel 11 - it does not connect with the uhf channels.

    • Hi FixYa! Thank you for being here for me but my prayers were answered. I cannot have the DVD plugged in and the VCR plugged in at the same time. Once I disconnected the DVD from the front I was able to use the VCR which was plugged in to the back.

you need to put the antenna cable to the vcr first then connect the vcr to the tv the tv gonna be on the 3 channel, and put on the vcr the channel you wanna record

on alot of vcrs if you already have a set time for one channel to record at a later time if you dant set the earliest first it wont let you change it but im not sure if you already have one set ahead of time or not
