How can I fix error C-3725 ?

1. Turn OFF the main power switch.
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Reset key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly.


If the code comes back replace the fuser unit (HOT PART) Do not continue to reset. Could start a fire that would ruin a perfectly good day! Once the fuser is replace may require to reset the it again

go to lg.com, enter your model number and manual will show error codes and fixed for some including OE

c-3725 -> Fusing abnormal high temperature detection. To get rid of this code, you have to follow the below procedure:
1. Shut down from the main power switch wait for a few seconds and then start it up while keeping the 'Utility/Counter' button pressed;
2. keep it pressed until the reset button appears on the touch screen, release the 'Utility/Counter' button, touch the reset button and an OK message should appear below.
3. Restart it normally and it should work.

C3725 Fusing abnormally high

• The NC sensor continues to detect a temperature
higher than a predetermined one
for a predetermined period of time.
Procedure for resetting
1. Turn OFF the main power switch.
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after
and check if the machine starts correctly.

The fusing unit in side machine has reached a very high temp. This is the unit which fuses the toner to the paper the hot part upper right hand side of the machine. to reset follow:
Utility
1.Power off the machine using the main power switch inside front door leave sub power switch on that's the one on the op panel side.
2. Hold down the Utility/counter button.
3. Power on using main power switch and close the door.
4. wait for screen to show trouble reset touch trouble reset chk for OK
5. turn off main power switch, wait 10 seconds then power it up again. it should restart and go ready to copy. if the code comes back do not reset the machine again. It is informing you there is a problem get it looked at.

Close front door you must keep the utility button down also make sure that the sub power switch is on. This is the switch on the side of the control panel. The screen will show TROUBLE RESET touch it see OK then power off. YOU MUST WAIT TEN SECONDS BEFORE POWERING UP AGAIN!!!!!! If the problem goes away OK. If the code comes back you need a Fusing unit. It will be expensive!!! Sorry:( DO NOT KEEP TRYING TO RESET THE MACHINE THE MACHINE IS TELLING YOU THERE IS A PROBLEM!!!!!
