If you hold down the middle button and the menu button at the same time until you see the Apple logo in the center of the screen (about 20 seconds), this will reboot the IPOD and you should be able to use it again.

I dont know how to sync my ipod touck to itunes

Plugging your iPod Touch into your computer should automatically start iTunes. If not, plug your iPod into your computer and launch iTunes.

1. Under the iTunes menu, select "Preferences"
2. Select "Devices". This will allow you to activate automatic synchronization.

You may also select the device directly in iTunes, this will allow you to check manual synchronization, determine when iTunes launches and restore it to factory settings.
