my rinnai820/30 gas heater is lighting but in only the chamber second from the right if you are looking at it .also there is a smell of gas which is logical as the other ones are not burning it also has a electric blower on it and that seems to work fine .
any help would be greatly appreciated

Logical, but not good. Check the ignitors obn the other two. Unless they are close to each other they need thier own ignitors. Be extremely careful when one is lit and the other two a pouring out gas. If they ignite there could be a serious problem if you have the combustion chamber open. The ignitors may only be out of adjustment.
