Question about Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ20 Digital Camera

I can't move pictures from my computer back to my camera

I downloaded some pictures from my Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ0 onto my Mac, put now the pictures are no longer on the camera, and I can't figure out how to put them back. I initially only wanted to copy the pictures onto the computer, not move them completely.

I tried loading the pics from the computer onto a different card, it shows that it worked on the computer, but when I unplug and turn the camera on to look at the pics it says "no valid image to play". Is that because the format was changed during initial transfer? The card appears to be storing the .jpeg files but I am unable to view them.

How can I download pictures from my Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS20 onto my MAC?

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use iPhoto or any other photo cataloging program.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ5 able to download to ipod

Not directly. You can download the pictures to a computer, then upload them to your iPod. If you connect the iPod and the camera or its memory card, you can transfer the pictures from one to the other without storing them on the computer.

HI! Where can i find software for the Lumix DMC-LS70 to download photos to a Mac? Thanks.........

Hi. The Panasonic software does not work on Mac.

Here is Panasonic full list of AV software.

Your camera will be automatically detected by the Mac, only instead of using Panasonic Simple Viewer Software (part of Pana Photo Suite), the Mac will ask you if you want to view pictures.

You will also find the camera detected on the Mac as an external disk,

below a simple guide for your camera.

How can I see JPEG format pictures on my computer by connecting my camera via a USB connection cable?

Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX7 software download

It's easier to download pictures using card readers. Just insert the SD card in the reader and plug it in you computer. Double click the folder DMIC and you can drag and drop the pictures.
You can buy card readers in any computer store for $5-$10.
