Orbicam on acer travelmate 4200 not working
I just bought a new acer travelmate 4200 and the orbicam does not work; or I do not know how to work it. The program is there, it will allow me to pull it up but, a blank screen with an icon of a camera, trashcan, and choices of what size I want comes up. However it will not allow me to take a picture or even show a picture on the screen. What do I need to do to make it work?

- I ended up calling Acer to find the problem. With the laptop I received an upgrade CD that I thought I was supposed to load on to my laptop. Turns out that it was just a promotion and the orbicam was not compatible with the new program. Acer sent me the original program for the computer. Also advised me to save my pictures some where other than "my pictures" which I did and now the orbicam works fine.
