The closest manual I find is at http:// www.mutinymedia.co.uk/tie_clip_mic_files/ecm44b.pdf. Shows where the battery compartment is and gives specs and usage tips.

Not working

Is it an electret condenser type then it needs a battery in the shell. The body normally can be screwed open to expose the compartment. Otherwise if it is dynamic make sure it does not need a "Phantom" supply from your mixer. Is it a balanced mic then some of them need a transformer so without seeing it and do tests this is all I can offer

Casio wk-7600: I just purchased it and trying to set it up. I connected a dynamic mic. in "mic. in" slot as the user manual described. The mic. didn't amplify my voice. Do I have to configure the use

Use only DINAMIC microphon (computer microphons are not dinamic- they are condenser-electret) with MONO jack.
1. Turn knob (beside "mic.in") "mic.volume" (T-7) full clockwise.
2. Press "MIXER" (C-7).
3. Press "<" (R-17) while is shown "MIXER PART>:EXT(M/I)
4. Set (check) Part [ ON]
Volume: [80...127]
...
....
N.Tresh [0]
If after microphone disconection there is a noise from speakers - set
PART [off] or N.Tresh [20] (or higher))

Hallo .i have a problem with this: microphone condenser electret toshiba EM-220 how should it work?? it need a phantom power 48+??? i have just a normal audio jack on the mic.to plug into my mixer with...

If it is a condensor mic, it will need phantom power, some mixing desks have specific inputs that have phantom power and there is usually a switch to press. Also some mics use a battery instead of using the phantom power on the mixing des.

Good luck

Desktop PC's do NOT come with any Mic's attached, they only use a Mic, Jack usually Red. You can plug a Mic, into this and use it that way. Also you can get a USB Mic, or headset, this is usually what is done. That Mic. Power, & it supplies power to a thing called an "Electret Mic" I have found a link below.so you can find your manual http://www.foxconnchannel.com/support/downloads.aspx

Ah, yes.
If you look in the manual you'll find that the mic is supposed to do this.
If the LED does not blink when you switch on then you have a flat battery, otherwise it shouldn't stay lit.
The manual is available here in PDF format: http://pdf.crse.com/manuals/3858569131.pdf
I hope this helps.

Sony ecm 719 doesn't aseem to be working properly

Hi kollydogg

The mic you purchased is a condenser type that requires either a battery(you now have), or a sony power supply. Without it, I would expect it to not do much at all. The specs look ok on it. Good for bootlegging concerts :)

Crackling occurs after 1 minute of video&audio

Hi that all sounds to me to be a fairly classic "Electret" Mic problem. I have seen .. lol.. or rather, heard it, a few times B4.. the "Frying" sound you hear is the faulty electronics in the Electret microphone.. I would try replacing the Mic, if you can get one the same size, it shouldn't be too hard to Open the camera up, unsolder the old Mic, & replace it. There are really only a few standard Electret Mic inserts... As an aside, sometimes it can simply be a bad solder joints to the wires on the actual mic itself, ya may wanna try good reflow/resolder first B4 ya replace.. This sometimes is all it requires...
