My moniter wont display anything

i have an asus k8v vm ultra and my little brother disabled vga on the pc's setup and now every time i turn it on it makes a 3 beeps and i cant see anything on my moniter but it seems like the pc is still on. Can anyone help me with this?

Your moniter resolution is greater than its compitable resolution.You have to start it on its safe mode.First unplug your coputer cable then restart it then you have to select Start with Safe Mode.If it doesn't work you have to format your PC.
