Remove the laptop battery and the plug to your bios (small) battery on the motherboard wait about ten minutes then plug the bios battery back in power the computer back up using the power supply not the battery then: shutdown and, reboot again after you have reinserted your laptop (large) battery; you should have all passwords removed.
