Question about Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate Edition
I use to hear sound when i pluged up my headphone to my computer but my computer shut down and when it reboted i couldnt hear sound when i plug in my headphone to the jack only through the speakers how can i fix this
You need to check the headphone jack on the case before you try to use it again. It may have a wiring problem, Shutting down the computer is a serious problem and could do a lot of damaged to windows program and you computer. The way to reset the case headphone jack is to go int the control panel and search for the sound control device. go to the advanced options and put in the type of device you want the sound to come from. There is also the possibility that the headphone jack was damaged when you had your problem and will no longer function correctly. Hope this helps you with your problem.
