Question about Sprint BlackBerry 8703e Phone
If you have the Blackberry desktop software.
attach your blackberry to the computer and go to application loader.
click on application loader.
make sure everything is check and this will restore your phone.
I believe this will clear up your problem.
it will do a fresh install of everything.
you can then import your sim contacts and you should be set.
