Hasbro mp3 player

i had already restored the batteries and when i went to go and record some songs,it had told me that i have a full memory, so i went and deleted all of the songs and it STILL had a full memory so then i pressed down on the restart button and it erased everything BUT the memory.....I have had it for about 2 1/2 years but haven't tried to used it up until now.
