there is a blue wire on back of deck with white stripe thst is the remote hook a wire to that and run to amp plug in to remote on amp and there you go i hope this helps you
are you using an amplifier? if so, it sounds like you are using the blue (antenna remote turn on) wire instead of the blue/white (amp remote turn on) to turn the amp on.
yellow battery red accessory black earth purple right rear + speaker purple/black right rear - green left rear + green/black left rear - white fr left + white/black fr left - grey fr right + grey/black fr right - blue auto antenna blue/white rem amp brown phone mute orange/white illumination
Buy the aftermarket harness for it. Within the harness there should be a wire that says power ant or remote. Splice a wire to that and run it back to your remote turn on.
as far as the remote wire a keyed power wire from under dash can be used its the same thing.if the remote wire is working it wont turn on your amp so are you sure thats not why your rcas dont work or have u hooked power to the remote on the amp.
To install the amp you need a amp wiring kit they range from $15 and up depends on how many watts u have.Once you have the wiring kit start with the ground wire it needs to be no longer then 24 inches long the shorter the better find a good ground in the trunk or where ever you want to install the amp make sure its metal to metal no plastic paint or any other debrie is in the way of the metal. If you can't find a paint free surface all you will need to do to fix this is sand off some of the paint and then ground the amp.The ground wire needs to be connected to the amp before any other wire once you have the ground connected then connect the battary wire make sure you have the right size inline fuse on the battary wire that also depends on the watts of the amp.once you have those 2 wires connected then u will need to pull the stereo out of the dash and hook up the remote wire to the power antanna wire if you have a factory car stereo and don't have a power antanna you can try one of these solutions 1st one Run the remote wire from the battary wire on the amp and use a toggle switch between the remote and battary wire or you can run the remote wire from the amp to the fuse box of the car and hook it up to a fuse that only works when the key is turned on.Once you have all this hooked up its time to hook up the subs/speakers on the amp it should indicate if its bridgable it will show lines from one positive and one negative and at the top of the lines it will say bridge but if not the just connect the speakers positive to positve and negative to negative. If it is a bridgeable amp i would only recommend hooking it up bridged if you are hook up subs if you are using 6x9's on the amp you don't need to bridge the amp.If u have any more ?'s just ask i can help with this i've done this alot.
dark blue is the remote for the amp
light blue is the remote for a power ant. (or amp)
orange is for the light dimmer (when you turn your lights on it will not be so bright, optional)
black is ground
brown is if you have a button in your car for a cell phone it will mute it when pushed (optional)
red is power (acc power)
yellow is always on power(for the clock and presets)
the rca jacks are for the amp they should be used if using an amp (there wattages are preset for amps anyway)
hook up the rca's to your amps along with the dark or light blue wires and when you turn the stereo on the amp will come on everything else should be hooked up as stated above. Hope this helps.
pink wire if its to go to ground then any metal is ground or negative not live in other words they say the handbrake so you cant use it whilst driving so any metal should do for this ok.
Are you wiring it to amp or not? Also the mute only wires into say phone cradle or something that would mute the stereo say if you had phone in craddle this would mute the sound so you could here the call. so not needed unless you have phone craddle.
If the two lives are wired in and the ground black when you earth the pink then it should switch on let me know if this happens.
Auto ant is for the arial on car if this goes up and down on motor if not then its not needed
Ill check on dimmer/illumination ok but bare with me for couple of hours just popping out but will get back to you then ok
