Question about Refrigerators
I have a GE Profile side by side that is about 9 years old and the right door (refrigeration) has started to swing open too far -- all the way to the wall. I have read up on this and believe that the problem is a broken door stop bracket. A few questions:
1. Does this sounds right?
2. If so, how do I replace it?
3. Is it the hinge at the bottom or top of the door and how difficult?
4. Will the door remain in place while switch out the hinge or do I need to unload and take it completely off.
5. Finally, how do I order the part? I searched on the GE site and couldn't find anything remotely helpful.
Thanks in advance!
